Friendly staff, great facilities, ideal location, comfortable and well-appointed room, amazing space.

The amenities in the bathroom were fabulous, with a range of body washes and lotions provided. The restaurant/bar at the hotel was also lovely, offering a great dining experience. the hotel's location was fantastic, being close to lots of eateries and in the heart of a vibrant area.

The room I stayed in was quite small, and the bed was not suitable for larger individuals as it was too small. The lack of soundproofing in the hotel made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, with noise from neighbors and party-goers constantly disrupting the peace.

Convenient location near public transportation, dining options, and shopping. Comfortable beds and great views from the room. Efficient staff in retrieving the car and providing roll away bed. Ideal for exploring the city.

the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations, with an incredible spa centre and outdoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers. Our room was beautiful and had exclusive advantages such as a private balcony and an amazing in, room breakfast. the location was perfect as well, with easy access to restaurants and public transportation.

While the staff were friendly, we did experience a minor issue with our check, in process being a bit slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and always polite. They made us feel welcome and ensured that all our needs were met. The hotel facilities were great, with a lap pool and a small gym available for use. We also appreciated the added convenience of having push bikes and small city hire cars available. The location of the hotel was central to everything we needed for a fun weekend in this city. It was very close to a train station and within walking distance of Chapel Street, a popular shopping area.

The hotel facilities were great, and the location was ideal. The room was cozy and warm, made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The street parking was readily available, making it convenient for me to explore the city. the ease of arrival and check-in process was excellent. Despite its small size, the room was lovely and had a quiet ambiance perfect for a good night's sleep. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food, although the menu was a bit limited. The staff at the hotel were always excellent, providing attentive service.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The room could benefit from some updates, as it felt a bit dated.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities, from the exclusive spa centre to the heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a shallow end. the service is outstanding, satisfying my every request instantly.

One minor issue I noticed was the limited special diet menu. this is a minor bump on the road compared to the overall positive experience I had at this venue.

The location was perfect for us, with plenty of great restaurants and shops close by. We enjoyed taking walks along the Yarra river, which was just a short distance away. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful during our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served in the hotel restaurant. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

We did experience some issues with parking as the hotel's car park was full when we arrived. We had to find an alternative parking spot and pay an additional fee.
